PSM-A is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their capability as a Scrum Master. This course focuses students on the stances that characterise an effective Scrum Master, while diving deep on how they serve the Developers, Product Owners and organizations. After taking this course you will be able to have the right types of conversations to service the organization. There will also be time in case for the PST to provide coaching on challenges that you and your classmates may be experiencing today or in the future.
PSPO is a hands-on, activity-based course where students explore Scrum and develop an understanding of the critical role that the PO plays in the Scrum Team. PO solidify their knowledge of the framework and the accountabilities of being a PO to overcome common challenges that arise day-to-day. PO will learn better ways to work with the organization, stakeholders, customers and their team to ensure greater value is being delivered.
PSF is a skills development course where attendees will enhance their facilitation skills to improve interactions with their Scrum Teams, stakeholders, and customers. The emphasis will be on adopting facilitation as an approach and promoting the Scrum Values. Participants will tackle various common Scrum-related situations by employing multiple facilitation techniques, which they can integrate into their agile practices.
PSPBM is an interactive course designed to help Scrum Practitioners improve their ability to manage all aspects of the Product Backlog and stakeholder communication. With a focus on transparency, you will learn how to create a product goal that inspires engagement and will ensure your team are never left wonder what to work on. This hands-on experience will expose learners to refinement techniques such as decomposing and slicing product backlog items, whilst practicing the art of simpilicty.
PSK teaches experienced Scrum Masters and practitioners how to improve the way they work using the Kanban method and practices. Naturally complementing organisations using DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
